turned
42
this
last
birthday,
'bout
a
month
ago.
Gray
hair,
expanding
midrift,
low
back
pain......all
the
signs
and
symptoms
of
encroaching
middle
age.
They
say
you're
only
as
old
as
you
feel;
or,
only
as
young
as
your
thoughts.
